Paypadi Africa ("Paypadi", "we", "us") operates as a payment facilitation service. This policy describes what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it. We keep this short because we don't collect more than we need.
When you transact with Paypadi, we collect only what's needed to execute your request:
We do not collect passwords, credit card numbers, government IDs, or BVN unless a specific transaction explicitly requires it and you consent.

We keep transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary to handle disputes, process refunds, or comply with Nigerian legal obligations — typically up to 12 months from the transaction date. WhatsApp conversations are retained within WhatsApp's own platform subject to their policies.
This website does not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics. We may collect basic server logs (IP address, page accessed, timestamp) for security and uptime purposes. These are not linked to your identity and are not retained beyond 30 days.

Transaction details are communicated over WhatsApp (end-to-end encrypted). We do not store card numbers or sensitive financial credentials. Our team is the only group with access to client transaction records.
Paypadi services are not directed at or intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted at this URL. We will not retroactively apply new terms to existing transactions without notice.
