We retry automatically on an alternative route. If all routes fail, we notify you immediately and process a full Naira refund within 24 hours.

No. You fund in Naira. We handle everything on the international side using our verified channels.

No. Paypadi Shop is completely separate from Paypadi Ship. You can ship to any forwarder you use, any third-party shipper, or our Ship service. No lock-in.

Our warehouse is in Claymont, Delaware — a state with no state sales tax. Your purchase price is the real listed price, not inflated by 6–10% like other states.

We quote the rate before you confirm. The rate includes our FX spread. No additional fees after that quote.

7–10 working days from when items leave our Claymont, Delaware warehouse. Timeline is confirmed in your WhatsApp quote.

Yes. Nigerian customs clearance is fully handled by Paypadi and is included in the quoted price. No port surcharges after. No surprises.

No category restrictions. Paypadi ships any legal goods. Standard international shipping laws apply (e.g. prohibited substances, lithium battery regulations for air freight). We flag any compliance concern at the quoting stage, before anything ships.

We photograph items on arrival at our warehouse. If damage occurs in transit, contact us immediately on WhatsApp — we document the carrier claim.

General goods: $6/lb. Electronics: Phone $50, Laptop $80, iPad $60, PlayStation $100 flat — regardless of weight. Other electronics are quoted individually. All rates are shown before anything ships.
