By using Paypadi Africa's services — including Pay, Shop, Ship, or any communication channel — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Paypadi Africa is a payment facilitation service operated in Nigeria. We facilitate international transactions on behalf of Nigerian individuals and businesses. We are not a licensed bank, financial institution, or payment gateway. We are a service provider.
Paypadi offers three services:
All transactions begin via WhatsApp. You provide details (payment link, product URL, or item to ship). We provide a Naira quote. You fund the quoted amount via bank transfer to Paypadi. We execute and confirm.
The rate quoted includes our FX spread. No additional fee is charged after confirmation. Rates are locked at the point of confirmation and funding — not at the point of inquiry.
You fund all transactions in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via bank transfer to Paypadi's designated account. Paypadi does not accept cash. We do not hold your funds beyond the settlement of each transaction.
Once you transfer funds for a confirmed order, you authorise Paypadi to execute the transaction on your behalf. Funds are non-refundable except where Paypadi fails to execute (see Refund Policy below).
Paypadi will issue a full Naira refund if:
Refunds are processed to the originating Nigerian bank account within 24 hours of the decision to refund. We do not refund FX gains or losses on transactions that were successfully executed.
You may not use Paypadi to:
Paypadi reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or report any transaction suspected to fall into these categories.
Paypadi ships any legal goods consistent with standard international shipping laws. Prohibited items include but are not limited to: controlled substances, weapons, counterfeit goods, and items restricted under IATA regulations for air freight. Compliance with shipping regulations is the client's responsibility. Paypadi flags known compliance issues at the quoting stage.
For Ship transactions, Nigerian customs clearance is handled by Paypadi and included in the quoted price. We do not guarantee release timelines where delay arises from Nigerian Customs Service actions outside Paypadi's control. We will notify you promptly of any customs issue.
Paypadi's liability is limited to the Naira amount you funded for a given transaction. We are not liable for:
Transaction details shared with Paypadi are kept confidential and used solely to execute the requested service. We do not sell or share client data with third parties except where required by law.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted at this URL. Continued use of Paypadi after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
